Online Booking

Online Booking Process: 

As a small business, we handle bookings through inquiries. Please fill out the contact form with your information, and our tour concierge will reach out to you. After discussing your desired tours or shuttle services, our tour concierge will send you a secure payment link from our bank, Atlantic Bank. After the payment is made, an invoice will be sent to you reflecting the payment.

Cancellation Policy for Shuttle Services:

To cancel a shuttle service reservation, please make a cancellation request via email or our online contact form. If you cancel 24 hours or less before the scheduled pick-up time, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. However, if you cancel 24 hours before the pick-up time or departure, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Tour Services Cancellation Policy:

To change your tour schedule, please notify us via email. To book a tour, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due before the tour departure. If you cancel one week before the tour date, we will issue a full refund. No Show Policy: If you don't show up for your tour, you will be charged the full amount. If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour date, you will not receive a refund. However, we will issue a full refund in case of inclement weather.

No Show Policy:

Failure to attend your reservation will result in a full charge. To ensure a seamless journey, please provide transfer details, flight information, pickup time, and the number of passengers prior to your travel date.
