Online Booking Process:
As a small business, we handle bookings through inquiries. Please fill out the contact form with your information, and our tour concierge will reach out to you. After discussing your desired tours or shuttle services, our tour concierge will send you a secure payment link from our bank, Atlantic Bank. After the payment is made, an invoice will be sent to you reflecting the payment.
Cancellation Policy for Shuttle Services:
Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour.
No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour.
Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours) are non-refundable.
No Show Policy:
Failure to attend your reservation will result in a full charge. To ensure a seamless journey, please provide transfer details, flight information, pickup time, and the number of passengers prior to your travel date.
Tour Services Cancellation Policy:
To change your tour schedule, please notify us via email. To book a tour, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due before the tour departure. Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour.No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour. Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours) are non-refundable.
However, we will issue a full refund in case of inclement weather.
